  • I’ll get back to you via email with either a few follow-up questions or a direct link to a free discovery call. I always respond personally — no bots, no generic replies.

  • This is a no-pressure 15–30 minute chat where we talk about your goals, timelines, budget and how I can help.

    Please send over a copy of the project brief if you have one.

  • I send over a Proposal Form where you’ll get clarity on the process, pricing, and whether we’re aligned.

  • You return the Proposal Form, and once you agree to the terms, you sign and return the Contract, and pay the Deposit as agreed in the Invoice.

  • Once the deposit has been received, I’ll send over a tailored Onboarding document, with a project timeline, and a suggested start date. This is where we gather final brand assets, images, written copy, goals, etc.

  • Then the creative magic begins—strategy, design, and launch, all focused on growing your business.

  • Upon final payment of the quote, I wrap up the project with your feedback, and make it live!
